“A Timeless Reign”

A natural health and beauty line originating from Kemetic African recipes and passed down through our family for generations. Named for the ancient Kemetic Goddess of health, beauty, and protection, Per Bastet (“House of Bastet” in Ancient Egyptian) is a beauty line honoring ancient African, holistic beauty and wellness traditions.

History

Bastet has been known as the Goddess of protection, health, wellness, confidence, and leisure. The name “Bastet” is known to mean perfume or ointment. Strong and playful, Bastet represents the importance of embracing and honoring the multifaceted woman: wise, beautiful, kind, confident, spiritual, caring, strong, playful, and fearless. Her festivals in Ancient Egypt were the most glamorous and fun!

Nubian Foundation

Not only are our essential oils bought in Egypt each year, we also visit the Nubian village in Aswan located in upper Egypt. Ancient Egypt would not have been the glory it was without the people and resources in Nubia. It is our pledge to help preserve this community by donating 50% of all profits to our new Nubian Village Foundation. These funds will help families provide clothing, food, school supplies, and cultural preservation initiatives. Ancient Garden Outreach Program

It is an honor to provide healthy products to many people. However, as health professionals, we want to provide the education to go along with beautiful products. Many children do not have access to health products or quality health education. We want to use our products to help teach children the importance of learning about health and how to live holistically healthy lives. PER BASTET plans to do this by developing a fun, interactive outreach program which teaches children how to create mini gardens full of food they can use for eating or making their own health products!
